82 Percent of Toybelen Industrial Site Construction Has Been Completed
82 percent of the construction of Toybelen Industrial Site, which is under construction in Samsun and one of the largest industrial site transformation in Turkey, has been completed. Stating that they attach great importance to urban transformation projects, Metropolitan Mayor Mustafa Demir said, “We are carrying out a transformation that will be noted in history, and we are bringing a modern and sea-view industrial site to our city.”
The large industrial transformation project, implemented in cooperation with the Metropolitan Municipality, which has made pioneering investments in every field in Samsun, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and TOKİ, continues. The construction of Toybelen Industrial Site, Turkey’s first industrial site with sea view, is rising rapidly. Toybelen Industrial Site, which is 700 decares in size, consists of a total of 526 workplaces, 82 of which are industrial and 608 of which are commercial. The project, which will be the most modern industrial site in the country with its design, functionality and infrastructure, with 82 percent of its construction completed, is aimed to be completed in 2024. When the project is completed, the tradesmen of Gülsan Industrial Site in Canik district will move to Toybelen.
NEW LIVING SPACE
The Metropolitan Municipality, which will evacuate the area where Gülsan Industrial Site is located with Turkey’s largest industrial transformation, will start the natural habitat project that will change the face and vision of the city. Gülsan Industrial Site, which is 650 decares in size, will be integrated with the National Garden and Doğupark and transformed into a natural habitat. The living area, where everyone from 7 to 70 will have a happy, peaceful, pleasant and entertaining time, will include a mosque, a 252-acre botanical garden, cultural, social, educational and children’s playgrounds.
A TRANSFORMATION THAT WILL BE NOTED IN HISTORY

The project schedule is running flawlessly. Turkey’s first industrial site with sea view is being built in Samsun. We are carrying out a transformation that will be noted in history, and we are bringing a modern and sea-view industrial site to our city. Our tradesmen will move here in 2024. As soon as the moving process is completed, we will start the transformation in Gülsan Industrial Site. “While we will provide our tradesmen with modern workplaces through industrial transformation, we will also offer a brand new living space to our people with the project we will implement in the area where Gülsan is located,” he said
